The Durban Bluff paragliding site works on  a SE wind direction. In general it's flyable from 158 deg SSE up to 90 deg East.  The best flying happens between 114 and 135 deg.

Windguru is a good resource, and the CSIR website listed below gives live reports every 10 min minutes or so, from a station 13 km further North up the coast.
