Densly vegetated ridge along the DBN coastline, with 2 launch options depending on wind direction. Briefing by local pilots and signing of site rules required before flying. Landing and retrieval from the beach is possible.

Site Rules -
First person to take out kit to fly MUST Phone:
Virginia ATC 031 563 4213 AND 15Squaddron AFB Durban 031 450 4712 BEFORE flying, and last person to leave must phone the same to close site.

“Located on the Southern side of Durban, this scenic ridge is flyable for 12 km in SE conditions from 6 to 12 knts ”

"Local Pilots are friendly and helpful, as long as one heeds their advise, this is a safe site to fly"
