Paragliding in Durban 2017

2017 has been a terrible year for paragliding in Durban. The required SE wind for the Bluff ridge, is not the prevailing wind, and we normally look for the switch from SSE to NE for flyable conditions. The best is normally post-frontal. On average we get 2 to 3 days in a month, and sometimes, 2 to 3 flyable windows in a week, but 2017 have delivered far less than that. However, there is still a few months left, and hopefully it will improve soon.
